Your vehicle has a number of different filters and each one works in a different system in your car. SCG Mechanical knows those systems inside and out. Fuel is the lifeblood of your vehicle - so keeping it clean is important - SCG Mechanical understands that the quality of what's fuelling your system affects its overall performance.  You can count on us for dependable servicing of your fuel system in Cobar and surrounding areas. For reliable vehicle operation and best performance, a clean and working fuel filter is critical. The fuel filter is the fuel system's foremost line of defence against the dirt, debris and small particles of rust that flake off the inside of the fuel tank. If not caught by the filter, these particles can clog the carburettor. In fuel injected engines, they can clog the injector inlet screens and starve the injector for fuel. With diesel engines, clean fuel is especially important because they have a very small tolerance inside the injection pump. Reduced engine performance.
